UPDATED – Payroll Loan Reports

We hope you, your family, and your employees are all staying healthy.  We continue to monitor the various changes to the payroll regulations and optional programs.  This post outlines some updated and new information to help you with information needed if you are applying for a SBA PPP Loan.

UPDATED PPP Payroll Loan Reports

As anticipated, the payroll reports available to help you with the PPP Loan requirements have been improved and updated.  The original single summary report has been updated and an additional report added.  Both reports are available under the reports tab.

Monthly Cost Summary Report

This report has been updated and below is a sample screen shot to share the new look.

Monthly Cost Detail Report – *NEW*

This is a new report to provide the additional detail necessary to support the summary data.  

New Report Feature

Both reports were previously only available for 2019.  Each report now has the ability to be produced for a specific date range.  Each time you change the beginning or ending date, make sure to click the “Refresh” button before printing or exporting your report.

Additional Payroll Report Information

These reports contain important information about the report as well as how the information has been calculated.  Please be certain to read the small print and understand the data before including the reports as part of your loan application.
