We continue to monitor the impacts COVID-19 has on the workplace.  Many employers have questions.  The regulations are being created rapidly and keeping up can be difficult.  We have all read the various interpretations of the evolving workplace requirements and options re the coronavirus.  To help with miss information, here are some links to The Department of Labor (DOL) that contains good first hand information and also a new poster that is required for small businesses to make available. 

The U.S. Department of Labor has published its first round of implementation guidance pursuant to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act 9 (FFCRA). This guidance addresses critical questions and is available in three parts:
