Please note that Presidents Day is Monday, February 16, and banks will be closed in observance of the holiday. This closure may affect payroll processing timelines and check dates for upcoming payrolls.
We strongly recommend logging into your Secure HR payroll account to confirm your check date and applicable processing cut-off times to avoid any delays.
How the holiday may impact payroll timing:
Payrolls submitted after the cut-off time on Thursday, February 12:
- Check delivery: Monday, February 16
- Direct deposit: Tuesday, February 17
Payrolls submitted after the cut-off time on Friday, February 13:
- Check delivery: Tuesday, February 17
- Direct deposit: Wednesday, February 18
Important reminder for 4-Day ACH clients:
Payrolls must be submitted four business days prior to the check date, excluding the holiday.
