Memorial Day 2026 Payroll Processing Reminder

As Memorial Day approaches, we wanted to share an important payroll processing reminder to help ensure your employees are paid on time during the holiday week.

Memorial Day will be observed on Monday, May 25, 2026. Because banks will be closed for the holiday, payroll processing and direct deposit timelines may be impacted.

We encourage all clients to review their upcoming payroll schedules and processing deadlines in advance by logging into their payroll account.

Important Processing Information

• Payrolls processed after cut-off times on Friday, May 22, 2026, or submitted over the holiday weekend, will be delivered and deposited on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
• Clients using 4-Day ACH processing must submit payroll at least 4 business days prior to the check date, excluding the holiday.
• If applicable, physical payroll deliveries will not occur on Memorial Day.
